Center Event Services

Center Events offers event services for all types of events from bike races to company picnics. We make it easy with everything you need for your event in one location.

Center Events Available Equipment:

1. Event truck 36' x 8' x 8'—A/C power, heated, interior lights. Fold down covered stage 10' x 20'.
2. 5,000 watt generator.
3. Award blocks.
4. Eight 10' x 10' Pop up tents.
5. Sound system for P.A. announcements and music.
6. Ten 8' x 2' tables with chairs.
7. Lap board & bell.
8. Computerized race results and timing (available for and additional charge)
9. Transportation of WSBA fence listed below (available for and additional charge)

The following additional equipment is available from the Washington Bike Race Association: (Cost vary depending on the event.)

1. 20 Stop/Slow paddles and vests for corner marshals.
2. 12 rotating vehicle lights.
3. 20 Car top signs that say "Bike Race
4. 46 radios (10 car & 36 hand held)
5. Video Camera
6. 20 sets of road signs (Bike Race, Flagger, Be Prepared to Stop).
7. Lap Board & Bell
8. Tag Heuer timing strip (Chronoprinter 520)
9. Two sided Digital Race Clock
10. Two 10 x 10 pop up tents.
11. 400 feet of portable hard fence

Costs for Washington Bike Race Association Equipment Payment due when equipment is picked up

The promoter will pay a flat rental fee per event depending on how much equipment is needed

1. Small Use - Crit. or TT that just use the camera, numbers and radios and a few signs - $100
2. Medium Use - Road Races & TT that use the above plus the signs and car equipment - $200
3. Large Use - Stage races that are multiple days and use all the equipment - $300
4. Fence Rental - for delivery/pickup and use $200. If you pick it up and return the cost is $100. In both cases you must provide the crew to set up and break down the fence.
